Roles: Sr. Officer, Executive, and Sr. Executive (3–9 years of experience)

- Validation: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (URS, FAT & SAT, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, Protocol Preparation, Execution, CSV/PCS)
- Engineering: B.Tech / M.Tech (Plant Maintenance, HVAC, Process Engineering, Electrical, Utilities)
- MSTG / Technology Transfer: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Exhibit Batches, Scale up Batches, Technology Transfer)
- Production: B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Vial Filling, Autoclave, Sterile Packing, Media Fill, Visual Inspection, Isolators)
- Quality Assurance (QA): M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Process & Cleaning Validation, IPQA, Compliance, QMS, Documentation, Smoke Study)
- QC – Microbiology: M.Sc. in Microbiology (Environmental Monitoring, Sterility, MLT, BET)
