Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate sensitive and rugged bioanalytical methods using different extraction techniques such as SPE and LLE.
- Perform quantitation using LCMS and HPLC techniques for analysis of drug substances.
- Conduct sample analysis for Bioavailability/Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies independently with the required accuracy.
- Operate, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments according to written instrument operating procedures.
- Maintain GDP and GLP compliance in the laboratory.
- Maintain knowledge of current applicable regulatory requirements.
